How to Publish Your Listing on Nuzul

Congratulations! You’ve taken great photos, written a compelling description, and set your pricing. Now, it’s time to publish your property and start receiving bookings.

Here is what you need to know about your listing status:

1. Activate your listing When you are completely ready to host, you can change your property's status to "Listed." This makes your space visible to travelers searching for a place to stay on Nuzul.

2. Wait for it to appear in search results Once you publish your listing, it usually shows up in search results within 24 hours. Don't worry if you don't see it immediately—it can sometimes take up to 72 hours for the system to fully sync and display your property globally.

3. Not quite ready yet? That's perfectly okay! If you still need to finish setting up your space or simply want to wait before accepting reservations, you can keep your listing "Unlisted" until you are 100% prepared to host.

4. Taking a break If you ever need to stop receiving new bookings—whether for home maintenance, a personal vacation, or just a quick break—you can easily snooze or unlist your property at any time. You won't lose your reviews, photos, or listing details while you are away.

How to publish your property: Go to your Nuzul hosting account, select the property you want to edit, navigate to your Listing Status preferences, and select Listed to go live!
