How to Choose a Property Type on Nuzul

Nuzul Hosts offer all sorts of spaces, from city apartments to private villas. Choosing the right property type helps guests know what to expect and decide if your place is right for them.

When creating your listing, select the option that best fits your space. Examples include:

• Villa
• Apartment
• Chalet
• Farmhouse (Istiraha)
• Guesthouse
• Camp

Not sure? Choose the property type that’s closest to how you would describe your place to someone who has never been there.

You can always change your selection later. For example, if you list your place as a Villa, but guests tell you it feels more like a Chalet, you can update it in your settings.
